Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on a custom product. However, if there is an error on our end, we will make sure make it correct and you are 100% satisfied.

Absolutely!! We offer many products that may not be listed on our website due to customization. Please inquire if you have an idea on a product and would like place a custom order with us. We would love to bring your idea to life!
